About Rosanna

I have worked as a private caregiver for the elderly for over 10 years. I have also cared for several family members including grandparents and parents with Dementia. I feel that it's important to focus on how the person is feeling and adjust your approach with them as needed. Building a space of trust is so important as their world is slowly becoming unrecognizable and they may not feel they need help at all. I am looking for a few hours a week to supplement my current business. I am hoping to work overnight once or twice a week caring for an elderly client (preferably female). I have extensive experience working with those that are memory impaired with different types of Dementia at all stages. Occasional daytime hours can be accommodated to help build trust and relationship with the client and their families.
