Jane was a caregiver for both my dad and significant other. My dad was in his 80s with physical limitations. My significant other was younger, physically fine, but had early onset Lewy Body dementia that deteriorated over time. Jane was a life saver for me. I was working full time in a high pressure job while trying to care for 2 others with very different needs. Jane is dependable, trustworthy, intuitive and creative. She knows how to motivate and distract. Distraction is very important when dealing with a dementia patient. Her intuition and creativity came into play every day dealing with a dementia patient, you never know what the day will bring and the mood can change by the hour. She worked for me during Covid which brought a whole other set of challenges. Jane navigated all of those challenges with compassion and grace. Jane is a gem!
