What sets me apart is the depth of experience I bring to caregiving. I have a nursing background with over 10 years of hospital experience outside the U. S., along with hands-on caregiving experience here in the U. S. Although I am not currently licensed to practice nursing in the U. S., my education and clinical experience have given me a strong understanding of patient needs, safety, recovery, chronic conditions, dementia, and family communication. I am attentive to patterns and subtle changes in a person's condition, behavior, mobility, appetite, mood, or overall well-being. I know how important it is to recognize when something is different, document concerns, and communicate them appropriately while respecting my role as a caregiver. Now that I am retired, I have the flexibility to dedicate my time to meaningful work where I can use my experience to help others. I bring patience, reliability, compassion, and a calm, observant presence to every person I care for.
