About Nana

I fully recommend Nana with confidence as an aid. Nana was an aid for my elderly father after he needed more care and could no longer live independently without aid in his home. She was very kind, patient, and skilled, and she took great care of him in her 24hr position. While she does not speak English fluently, communication was never an issue nor a barrier of any kind for me and my father. Nana communicated all necessary information whether through some English, translator app, or by text. Additionally, she managed all of his medications well, addressed any sores or other issues immediately, and never left my father in a poor state when he became incontinent. Furthermore, my father was a picky eater and extremely difficult with food, but Nana always saw him through his meals and helped him keep his weight up. She is patient, calm, and hardworking, always meeting my father’s needs and taking great care of him during the day and night, including times he was unwell and difficult to care for in his frustration with his health. No concerns ever developed, and she put me at ease caring for him, especially in the night, as he lived a solid drive away from me and my family. In addition to taking care of all of his medical needs, Nana offered nice companionship. She would drive him up on days we didn’t drive down, and she was always very pleasant mixing with my family well. When I stopped by I would often find them doing puzzles, my father enjoyed her company even when it was just the two of them. I sincerely recommend Nana and am happy to answer any questions.
