I've been working in childcare for 19 years and have experience working with babies, toddlers, and preschool age children. I'm also a parent to a sweet, amazing 23-year-old daughter who is an artist. Rosa has been watching my son and another little boy in a share care for almost a year now. The search to find a nanny was long and painful, but as soon as we met Rosa, we all knew right away that she was the one! In fact, we used to joke that she was Mary Poppins because she was so amazing and magical with the boys. She treats them like her own and they adore her in return -- I couldn't ask for anything more. Returning back to work after maternity leave was really hard for me, but knowing that I was leaving my son in Rosa's loving and capable hands made things a million times easier. I've never once had to worry about his safety or well-being, we trust her 100%. If you have a chance to hire Rosa, you should jump at the opportunity! You will not find anyone better.
