Rosalba was an absolute godsend during a really difficult chapter for our family. She cared for my mom, who has Alzheimer's, a couple of times a week, and her patience and kindness were evident every single visit. She has real expertise in dementia care — she always knew exactly when to gently encourage my mom and when to step back and let things be, which made such a difference in how my mom responded to her. Beyond the care she gave my mom, Rosalba was an incredible support to my dad and me as well. She took the time to talk with us, answer questions, and help us navigate a disease that's overwhelming for the whole family, not just the patient. That kind of compassion is rare to find.
