Hi, my name is Rosie. I am a caring, responsible, and dependable caregiver with over 12 years of experience working with children, adults, seniors, and individuals with special needs. I previously worked full-time with the school district as an Instructional Aide and also served as an administrator and a manager under SDP foe adults with autsim . I've worked in general education, special education, private residential homes, and with medically fragile clients. I have also worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting behavioral and developmental needs. I truly enjoy helping others feel safe, supported, and understood.
