My heart is in Special needs. My level of compassion is very high. I always give my best and all as if I was treating my own child. My respect for the person I'm working with is very important to me because regardless of the special needs they deserve respect and dignity. I currently work for PYLUSD in a moderate/severe classroom. Middle high school combo. This will be my fourth year there. Previously I worked in ACSD. There I worked in RSP.. one-on-one.. mild moderate.. And moderate severe classroom. My skills are greater in behavioral management. I love what I do and I am good at it because I truly care about each person I work with. I look forward to working with you.
