About Rosa

Hello! My name is Rosa, and I bring over 25 years of hands-on experience as a nanny and lifelong caregiver. As the oldest of eight, I began caring for my siblings at a young age, and later raised five children of my own-now grown, with five grandchildren I adore. I've cared for children from 3 months to preschoolers, including a set of triplets, and up to four kids at once. I create a safe, loving, and structured environment where children can grow and thrive. My duties include diapering, feeding, naps, baby laundry, meal prep, tidying play areas, and outdoor play. I'm passionate about helping children feel secure and supported-because as a mother, I understand how important that is.
