Choosing Rosa to work with your family is one of the best decisions you will ever make. She is an incredible caregiver. She is kind, dependable, loving, patient, and fun. But Rosa is also so much more than a caregiver. She is an *incredible* educator. Rosa puts a tremendous amount of thought into every activity that she does with children, so that children can not only have fun but also learn and develop every day. Rosa has been caring for our son for three days a week for the past year, while our son has been between 1 and 2 years old. Our son loves Rosa and is so excited to do activities with her each day that she is here. Rosa has worked very deliberately to guide his learning through play. They often paint and do other arts and crafts, in addition to playtime. Our son's development during his time with Rosa has been astounding. Over the past year, they have focused on colors, shapes, numbers, and letters, among other topics. Rosa comes every day with a plan for the activities they will do, and she always has a developmental goal in mind. Our son has learned so much during their time together; every day we are astounded when he does or says something new that he has learned. Rosa also provides photos and video updates throughout the day so we can see all of the fun they are having! If you are looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and fun, who is committed not only to your child's wellbeing but to their educational development as well, you could not find a better person than Rosa!
