My name is Rasha, and I am a dedicated childcare provider with over 11 years of hands-on experience working with children in professional and educational settings. I am passionate about helping children grow, learn, and feel safe in a nurturing environment. My Childcare Experience Includes: • 4 years at the World Bank Children's Center • 4 years with CYS (Child & Youth Services) - Federal Government • 3 years with KinderCare • Currently working with Prince William County Public Schools as a Substitute Teacher I have experience caring for children of all ages from infants to school-aged kids and I'm well-trained in classroom support, early childhood development, and creating fun, structured daily routines. I am reliable, patient, and treat every child with kindness and respect as if they were my own.
