About Romana

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is why I became a caregiver. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I bring two years of experience to my role. I am compassionate and friendly. I strive to create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether through written daily reports or verbal updates. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I completed some high school. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I find immense joy in bringing a little extra comfort and support to each day.
