Bonnie worked closely with my family, providing daily care for both my 98‑year‑old mother and my adult brother with special needs. Bonnie took my brother to his speech classes, helped him with his homework, and guided him through his physical therapy exercises with remarkable patience and encouragement. She prepared excellent meals, kept a reliable schedule, and was always punctual. No matter what was asked of her, she was willing, capable, and eager to help. Changes in our family dynamic and schedule were ultimately what led to us losing Bonnie. Her departure was due entirely to these scheduling changes, and in no way reflective of her performance.
