I am a mature native New Yorker originally from Long Island looking for a live-in position of 6 full days per week. I am interested in working as many hours as possible and am always available to assist day and night. I'd describe my personality as outgoing but reserved, giving, and easygoing.. I like caring for seniors because I value helping others while earning a living. I also enjoy their companionship. I am very flexible, can prepare all meals and do light housekeeping. Whatever I can do to help and assist seniors and their family is my priority. I started caring for seniors when I was the primary caregiver for my mother who suffered from dementia for the last few years of her life. In my spare time, I like to read, cook, take walks, and exercise. One thing you should know about me is I am highly educated but enjoy work that enables me to be around people I care about while assisting them. My skills include driving, running errands, dementia care, cooking, and companionship.
