She's a genuine, one in a million caregiver. You'll be lucky to have her. Rochelle has been a true blessing for my grandma who was a stroke patient with Aphasia and partial paralysis. We feel bad to let her go. My grandma AND grandpa fell in love with her from the start. She took initiative, even taking on tasks that we never even asked for. She almost didn't need any training at all, jumped in from day 1 and knew exactly what to do. She does NOT miss days or leave us with nothing to work with. Truly a hard worker. Out of the 5 years of having her, she only asked for ONE day of sick time, and also took extra days for us when we needed her. No questions asked. If she needed to be away, (only happened 1 or 2 times) she pulled strings and had people she knew fill in for her which were just as reliable as her. She's still to this day part of our family. I really want to emphasize that she’s a needle in a haystack, you’re hitting the jackpot by hiring her. There are a lot of people out there who are only out for themselves, and who are lazy and just sit around only doing the bare minimum. We’ve been through bad eggs who have ghosted us, missed days, mishandled things, and straight up just did nothing. That is NOT Rochelle. Her work ethic is sharp and true. She’s one of the very few people in the world with a genuine and kind heart, you won’t regret having her by your side.
