About Robin

Experienced, patient reading tutor for Pre-K through 2nd grade. I hold a BS in Elementary Education and a Master's in Reading Education, and I am a certified Reading Specialist. With nearly 40 years teaching young children, I specialize in phonics, reading readiness, and comprehension through fun, engaging methods. I use hands-on, creative strategies to help children visualize stories and build a love of reading. Especially skilled with struggling or reluctant readers, I focus on confidence and growth.
