I am motivated as caregiver from a desire to help seniors and those with medical challenges feel comforted and thrive in their own environment. Having been a spousal caregiver, I understand the balance needed for family caregivers and the empathy required for those receiving care. I value building genuine, trusting relationships and support daily needs with compassion, respect, and attention to independence where safe. Whether running errands, sharing quality time, or assisting with everyday care, I always put trust, safety, and comfort first. I am friendly, approachable, and bring a warm smile. 7 years experience caregiving for a family member with quadriplegia spinal cord injury, has shaped my compassion, patience and resilience. My steadfast faith keeps me positive and connected. My communication skills, help me connect personally and stay organized. As a personal certified trainer and health coach, I also enjoy preparing wholesome, nutritious meals when needed.
