Making a positive difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past 20 years, I've been a Certified Home Health Aide, dedicated to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors. My experiences have instilled in me a deep understanding of the importance of supporting well-being and independence. I offer respite care, live-in assistance, and help with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm also experienced in dementia care and medical management. I am patient, calm, friendly, and empathetic. I strive to create a comfortable environment for those in my care. When communicating with families, I follow their preferred method, whether it's written reports or verbal updates. I am adept at de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I have some college education. Knowing I can bring peace of mind to families while enriching the lives of their loved ones is why I love what I do.
