Hi there! I am a patient and dedicated caregiver with a strong background in personal and professional care. I hold a degree in exercise science and work in special education, which has taught me to be incredibly adaptable when supporting individuals with diverse needs. Personally, I have deep experience with memory care. I have supported my grandmother through Alzheimer's, assisting with daily hygiene and meals. I also help care for my father, who has Posterior Cortical Atrophy (PCA)--a rare, visual variant of Alzheimer's. This gives me a first-hand understanding of unique neurodegenerative conditions and the specialized spatial and physical support they require. With my exercise science background, I am also passionate about helping seniors stay active, limber, and safe.
