My graduate degree has provided me with a strong foundation for understanding complex care needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I build comfortable environments for care recipients. I'm patient, compassionate, and approachable, and I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide respite, live-in, and hospice care, along with transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method.
