River worked really well with my 7 year old son. He is really active and she was great with keeping up with his energy as well as finding novel things for him to do. It was helpful that she was able to drive him to local activities and because of her swimming instructor background I felt really comfortable with him going to the pool with her and she was even able to teach him some swimming strokes. Her overall upbeat mindset along with setting firm boundaries provided a stable atmosphere for my children.
