About Rita

I'd describe my personality as easy going, calm, yet adventurous. Caring for seniors has been at the heart of my entire career. I've supported them in every capacity from hands-on care to behind-the-scenes coordination. I believe older adults deserve someone who not only cares deeply but also understands the unique challenges they face with empathy and respect. I started caring for seniors right after college in 2011, and over the years I've worn many hats caregiver, med tech, activities coordinator, and memory care coordinator. Eventually, I found myself in corporate America, and honestly, I couldn't stand it. That experience made me step back and reflect on where I've felt the most fulfilled in my career. No matter how much I've accomplished, caregiving has always been where my heart is it's what brings me the most purpose and joy. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my kids , diamond art, make candles. I like to get pretty crafty !
