I've always been involved in the senior care community as I was raised by a single mother who ran a retirement community. Spending lots of time there gave me a deeper understanding of the geriatric life stages. Professionally, I became a live-in caregiver for an elderly gentleman with advanced dementia starting in February of 2023 until January 2025.
