About Riley

Hi! My name is Riley and I'm a proficient, passionate, and dedicated 3rd grade teacher for Winston Salem/Forsyth County Schools and seasoned childcare worker. As this school year has come to a close, I'm looking for a full or part time position to serve your family! My experience in the classroom has strengthened my skills in flexibility, and thinking on my toes, as well as adapting my approach to meet the individual needs of your child. When caring for your child, I focus on a safe, routine-focused, and creative approach. My rates begin at $25/hour per child and my availability will extend from May to August 2026. I am first-aid certified, have my own car, and have my BS in Elementary Education with a focus in English Language Arts. Much of my free time is spent hiking with my dog, Leonard, backpacking, and reading in my hammock. I'm so excited to work with you and your family!
