I work full time as a Media Assistant for a K-8 school so I have a lot of experience with a large range of ages. I love to read, do puzzles, go on walks, and have tea parties with my niece! I've babysat for many years and worked at a summer camp (overnight and day) for the past 8 years so I have a lot of experience with a variety of age groups! The past three summers, I have worked as a summer nanny for the ages 6 months old to 5 years old. I prepare enrichment for my older children such as morning walks, art & STEM activities, swim time, and being active outdoors! For my younger kids, working on fine motor skills, sleep training, independent feeding and potty training!

Rildie is the most outstanding babysitter to our now 18 month old! She is so thoughtful in her planning of activities, overall schedule, and takes notice of the little things about our son! Our J. loves her and she truly cares about the children who are in her care! Anyone who is lucky enough to have their children cared for by Rildie, will have a champion of their child for life!
