About Rija

Hello families! My name is Rija, and I have years of experience in childcare, nannying, and elementary school settings. I have cared for children from newborns to teens and am primarily trained in Montessori education, while also adapting to traditional methods when needed. I am warm, patient, dependable, and children usually warm up to me quickly, I have experience with children who need extra support, a pristine driving record, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule. I am also comfortable helping with cooking, cleaning, errands, homework, routines, and whatever else a family may need. I do not see childcare as just watching a child. I see it as being part of their daily routine, helping them feel safe and supported, and making sure they are cared for in a way that fits their personality and needs.
