Hi! My name is Alexandra but people call me Ally. I've been in the Early Education realm for 11 years now and I've been a Behavioral Technician for now 6 years. A Behavioral Technician uses ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) to help individuals with cognitive disabilities learning/gain everyday living skills in the most natural environment as possible. So I've truly seen it all! I'm currently finishing my BA in Educational Studies (a non licensed teaching basically) and will be continue to get my MS in ABA and Special Education afterwards. I love kids, reading, being creative, and teaching. To me hands on experience and relating to children is the key to any educational or child care setting. I can't wait to meet you and your family.
