About Ricky

I've always enjoyed working with children and being a positive role model in their lives. I currently work in a school setting, where I support students throughout the day, help them navigate challenges, and contribute to a safe and positive environment. What I enjoy most is building trust with children, encouraging their growth, and helping them feel supported and understood. I am CPR and First Aid certified, trained in child de-escalation techniques, and comfortable caring for up to four children. I believe strong communication with parents is important and make it a priority to keep families informed. Whether we're playing games, helping with homework, spending time outdoors, or supervising swimming activities, I strive to create a safe, fun, and dependable experience for every child.
