This incredible husband-and-wife team has cared for my baby girl on several occasions, and I can honestly say they have become like sweet grandparents to her. From the moment they entered our lives, their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine love for children were immediately apparent. They are nurturing, patient, kind, and incredibly trustworthy – qualities every parent looks for in a caregiver. They treat our daughter with such tenderness and joy, engaging her with age-appropriate play, stories, songs, and a calming presence that makes her feel safe and loved. What makes them truly special is their teamwork. They are wonderfully in sync and support each other naturally, creating a calm and caring environment wherever they are. I’ve always felt completely at ease leaving my daughter in their care, knowing she’s in such gentle, experienced and loving hands. And my daughter clearly loves being with them – she tends to experience some separation anxiety with most other people, but I have no trouble leaving her with them. Any family would be lucky to have Rick and Theresa as caregivers. They are reliable, respectful, and bring a genuine sense of heart and home to their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
