About Richelle

In 2010 I was working as nanny until my daughter was born! Then I began working full time in childcare centers and continued for 8 years. In 2018 I began my Montessori journey! I have worked in a Montessori center for 7 years as a Lead guide and I am currently a Program Director for our Young Children's Program. I have my infant and toddler Montessori Certification through CGMS and I am trained in Positive Discipline. I teach classes both to parents as well as teachers in fostering cooperation with young children as well as a toilet learning classes every three months. I believe in educating the whole child and providing prepared environments that limit obstacles in the path of the child's development. I love working with children and families and have found limited time to do that in my current role. My hope is to connect with families on a more personal level and assist with any behavior challenges as well as day to day tasks and routines so that everyone is happier and healthier!
