Richard has been helping me several days a week for two months now. I hired him to help me with my medical issues as well as other general household tasks that I cannot perform myself due to back surgeries. During this time he has been very responsive to my frequent last minute schedule changes and has always accommodated my changing requirements. He has been very courteous, respectful and most of all consistently professional. I would definitely recommend Richard to my friends and family. 

I hired Richard about three weeks ago to help me change my leg bandages in my home several times a week and to help me with any household needs that I have.. He has been very responsive and patient to my changing schedule and requirements. He has offered to perform numerous household tasks in addition to his medical duties that he is doing for me . I will be using him to drive me to my upcoming medical appointments that I am currently scheduling. He has been very friendly, courteous, respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and relatives if they needed any in home care. 

Richard is a very caring and patient person.  He has been a lifesaver with my Mom.  Very skilled, works hard and does what he says he will do.  I would highly recommend him.

Very responsive to needs n last minute changes.

Richard did not come to the interview.  he said he was busy and asked us to interview and consider hiring someone now on care. com.  

Richard misrepresented the skill level of his caregivers resulting in several instances where my parent was at risk of falling.  He also failed to pay the caregivers even though we had paid him.

Richard has been extremely helpful to our family and has been respectful, responsive and flexible as the needs of the family have required for the role to evolve. 

Richard is an extremely capable caregiver and learns very quickly.  My dad is an extreme case due to a brain disease that affects speech, balance and motor skills.  He cannot stand by himself or walk and can only communicate on a very basic level, if at all (depends on the day). He’s on the verge on needing facility care with two-person assists, but for now, he’s still at home with my mom.  Richard stepped in after we had sent quite a few well-meaning but incapable caregivers from big companies away.  He devoted time to training with our best caregiver from another company so that he got the techniques down just right.  Although we had to let him go for now due to VA reimbursement, he’s on speed dial if we ever need him!

Richard is a compassionate caregiver. Very polite and listens to what you need at home to get a great job with my 89-year-old dad recovering from a double hernia he seems to be easy-going and gets along with everybody. Plus he’s nice and strong. Sometimes you need somebody who can lift heavy things around.

Richard is a caring, conscientious, responsible and reliable caregiver. He always kept the safety and happiness of my husband in mind and was able to build a strong rapport with him even on days when his physical issues or dementia became a problem. Richard was also incredibly flexible to work with and was willing to make adjustments to schedule or approach as we work to make things as effective as possible. He also has some colleagues that he can work with as well, which meant that there was always coverage when we needed it. The family that has Richard as a care partner will be very lucky.
