About Richard

I am a retired firefighter/Paramedic who also has worked professionally as an engineer and hardware IT technician. I am married with four children, ages 12 to 23. I have provided 24/7 care in 2018-19 for my Mother, who at the time was experiencing moderate dementia. I've recently done some adult care requiring full hands on. I am quite comfortable with any age or challenging situations. My priority is finding an opportunity to help a family in my area. It is upmost important to me to develop respectful and honest communication between myself and family member in charge. It is my priority to put the needs of the Patient/Person(s) first.
