Before passing, my mother greatly appreciated and benefited from a couple individuals who provided this type of assistance and companionship, allowing her to remain in an independent living situation much longer than would otherwise have been the case. Having very recently retired (at 61 from the medical field), I am thankful to find myself in a situation that allows me to be of similar service to others. Whether it be outdoor (yard/garden/etc), indoor (cleaning/simple but healthy meals), errands/transportation/appointments, or miscellaneous odd jobs and companionship, I may be able to assist, and look forward to it. A bit about me: I am a non-smoker, inveterate walker and hiker, active and fit, former Medical Technologist (39+ years), homeowner of 30+ years (and all that comes with it lol), own reliable transportation, and animal lover of all kinds

Richard was a great help to our family while our father was in hospice. He was punctual, thoughtful, and willing to help out both in and out of the house. Having Richard there to help was great because it allowed us to relax a little, take a break, run an errand, or focus on other things that needed to be done. Richard was only able to help out for a short time before our dad passed, but we really appreciate his efforts and assistance. If only we had found him sooner.
