About Rica

Experienced Nanny | Family Assistant | Manager | Homeschool Support 15+ years of experience supporting families as a nanny, family assistant, and house manager. Before my medical career, I cared for a family of five girls for over six years and later spent three years with another family I still consider my own. I currently work with three neurodiverse children (ages 2-6), providing homeschool support, educational activities, meal prep, routines, and household organization. I value kindness, integrity, and compassion. I serve in my church's Children's Ministry and enjoy starting each day with positive affirmations that build confidence and encourage a love of learning. I also teach swimming, organize children's spaces, do children's laundry, run errands, grocery shop, handle Amazon returns, gift shopping, party planning, etc. My goal is to become a trusted extension of your family, creating a safe, loving, environment where children can thrive and busy households run smoothly.
