I follow a gentle parenting lifestyle while also valuing age appropriate boundaries/ behaviors to ensure a child's well-being. I started working with kids when I was 17 years old. We absolutely adored having Erica care for our son from 6 months through 2.5 years old. She is warm, reliable, and incredibly intuitive with baby and toddler temperaments. She met our son exactly where he was and handled big feelings with emotional safety first, and so much patience and connection (and fun!). Erica truly shines at educational, play-based caregiving. Every day included child-led exploration and creativity through play, reading, music, and warmth. She genuinely engaged with and cared for our son, which we believe helped nurture his strong language skills, confidence, social development, and love of music. She is communicative, trustworthy, and an absolute joy to have in our lives. We still keep in touch because our whole family adores her. Any family would be incredibly lucky to work with Erica. We would rehire her in a heartbeat!
