My name is Rhyan, I am 24 years old, and I have over 5 years of professional experience with nearly 10 years working with children. I have a strong background in infant care and have worked extensively with multiples, including caring for twin girls from 3 months to almost 4 years old! I have an Associate of Science degree from the Christ College of Nursing and I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Child Psychology fully online, which allows me to offer full-time availability and a consistent schedule! As a nanny, I focus on creating a calm, structured, and engaging environment. I have experience supporting feeding schedules, nap routines, developmental milestones, and planning age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play.
