About Rhonda

Hi families! I'm Rhonda, an experienced nanny and mom to a kind 10-year-old. I offer warm, reliable out of home care from my home in Littleton. Our days are active and engaging, with outdoor walks, playground time, reading, sensory play, learning games, and occasional simple crafts or errands. I believe children thrive when they can move, explore, and follow a consistent, well-paced day. I'm calm, attentive, and deeply supportive of children's emotional development. I work best with families who value trust, open communication, and a caregiver who can confidently lead the day. I prefer brief verbal check-ins at the beginning and end of care, allowing me to stay fully present with the children during the day. Out of home care is often a great fit for WFH families, as children tend to settle more easily in a dedicated care environment. I'd love to connect and see if we're a great fit.
