About Rhonda

I taught middle school math and English for most of my career. Before retiring 2 years ago, I taught upper elementary (3rd-5th grades) for 10 years. I especially enjoy teaching math, English/Reading, and writing. I am especially adept at changing an approach or technique to fit a student's learning style. I am excited to find just that right approach that excites individual students. I'd describe my personality as creative, compassionate, caring. I like tutoring because I am always excited at that moment when a student understands the concept. I started tutoring when I first started teaching 45 years ago . In my spare time, I like to read, travel, quilt, watch movies My skills include patience, adaptability, and creativity
