I have 2. 5 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working with children with autism and 1 year of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I am also a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas. My background has given me strong skills in behavior support, communication, teaching independence, and calmly managing challenging situations. I enjoy outdoor play, arts and crafts, games, and educational activities tailored to each child's interests. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and comfortable with meal prep, carpooling, light housekeeping, swimming supervision, and community outings.
