About Danielle

I'm a warm, enegetic, and dependable caregiver who genuinely enjoys getting to know each kiddo and finding what makes them excited to learn, play, and create. I have two years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician, working one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum and followed individualized programs based on their needs and goals. I've also worked as a college advisor and tennis coach, giving me experience with different ages, personalities, and learning styles. I've babysat for mutliple families, caring for up to 3 chilren at a time and providing overnight care. My professional background has strengthened my skills in communication, safety, behavior management, and creating structured, enjoyable environments. I love getting outside to play sports, solving puzzles, completing crafts, and finding little ways to make ordinary days fun. I'm happy to follow family's routines, household rules, and open communicate to establish best practices with the family unit.
