Hi! My name is Renee'. I am 48 years old and have over 30 years of experience working with kids including kids with autism and behavioral challenges, implementing ABA and behavioral therapy. My approach is to give children choices as much as possible rather than demanding a certain behavior. This most often results in defusing or preventing upset. I have nannied for up to 4 children at once including a plethora of rowdy boys and love it! I like to be busy and engaged with children, especially sharing my love of the outdoors, the animal kingdom. I am a natural teacher and enjoy fostering curiosity I also love engaging in anything creative and encouraging creativity in children. I am fit, active and love to play. I love being able to offer parents time to take care of things but even more, to take time for themselves to enjoy and refresh themselves. Parenting takes a lot! I look forward to meeting you!

I've had a few bad experiences with Nannies...Renee was our dream come true. On time, reliable, and our daughter loved her. She was flexible with our schedule and communicated regularly. It was sad that she had to move and we miss her greatly. I wish every person on here was like her. Would rehire in a heartbeat.
