About Megan

Hi, I'm Megan! I'm a dependable, bubbly caregiver with over 15 years of experience working with children and families. I started babysitting as a teenager, began my first nanny job in high school, and later worked with children and families in the nonprofit sector. I also have a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science. I'm creative, patient, and organized. I love bringing art, crafts, outdoor adventures, and new experiences into kids' days while giving them space to explore their own interests. My goal is to help children feel safe, supported, and comfortable being themselves. I'm looking for a family that values open communication, trust, and a fairly consistent schedule. I enjoy taking initiative while respecting each family's routines and preferences, and I hope to build a genuine connection with parents as well as kids. Outside of work, you'll find me making art, playing pickleball or volleyball, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
