About Colette

Hi! My name is Colette! I'm currently a journalism student at John Cabot University in Rome, but when I'm back home in Bend, I love babysitting. I have over 8 years of babysitting experience and a genuine love for working with children. I'm passionate about child development and enjoy creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where kids can learn, explore, and be themselves. I love getting to know each child and finding things they enjoy doing, whether that's arts and crafts, playing games, reading, going outside, or coming up with little projects to do together. I don't mind screen time, but I usually prefer finding fun things to do together instead! I love getting creative with kids, keeping them busy, and finding ways for them to learn new things without it feeling like learning. Although I'm currently in Uni, working with children is something I genuinely love and care deeply about.
