Hi Parents! I have experience caring for children of all ages (from birth to pre-teen) for 15 years as a nanny, daycare worker, and mother's helper. I'm now a trained postpartum doula and newborn care specialist as well, and a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I'm available for full time nannying in September 2026 and occasional babysitting on the weekends in the meantime. I can also help with sleep training! I love to be active with the kids and get out to explore the world. Whether that's walks around the neighborhood or going to classes and arranging play dates, I'm up for it all! I'm great at creating routines for different ages and adjusting it as the kids get older and their needs change. I don't do screen time and prefer to find other ways to entertain the kids and even teach them how to independently play as well for short amounts of time. Renee nannied our daughter for 6 months, from age 10m. Beyond being easygoing and superb at all the basics of trustworthy care-giving, she is more than a nanny - she taught our daughter skills (basic sign language, self feeding, sensory development), improved her socialization, took her for long walks and playground days, no screens, plentiful music - their time together was not only safe and comfortable, but productive and enriching. She kept in great communication with us, regarding things like scheduling, naps, and feeding, sending us pictures and videos throughout the day, and gently guiding us too. Renee has her own wonderful daughter a few years older than ours, so has great parenting experience personally, in addition to her professional credentials. We sadly have circumstances making it difficult for us to continue with an in-home nanny as both our jobs became work from home, but Renee is incomparable, and was incredibly flexible with our needs even as we all had to share space.
