Hi! I'm Julia, I'm a postpartum doula and lactation educator specialist. I'm passionate about postpartum wellness and newborn care. Let's get you some sleep! Some cool info about me... - I'm trained to support basic chestfeeding management, including position, latch, and protecting supply - I'm a fan of the rich tapestry of humanity and the many different ways parents choose to care for their children. Sleep, feeding, anything else -- I will support you in making whatever choices are most comfortable and aligned for your family. - I'm a trained matrescence educator, Matrescence is the physical, psychological, social, emotional and spiritual process of becoming a parent. I help my clients get to know their new selves, and reconnect with the parts of their pre-parent selves that they want to carry forward into this new phase of life. - I'm very happy to cook, tidy, do laundry, run errands, or do whatever else needs to get done so that you can rest and enjoy your new baby!
