I'd describe my personality as positive, helpful & kind I like caring for seniors because they need someone with patience, who is a good listener, & attentive to their needs which are strong traits of mine. I'm looking for a job that I'll be "big help" to a person needing companionship, running errands with the person or without. I started caring for seniors when the recession hit I lost my corporate job & worked for a 92yr senior ; I helped her to the restroom, cooked light meals, took her to dr. Appts & handled her medications. I went back to a corporate job and find myself in a new chapter of my life. Currently I help a senior with dr. Appts, running any errand she needs & companionship. In my spare time, I like to take a bike ride with my husband, & walks along southshore. One thing you should know about me is I take my job serious. My skills include helping with standing, medications, car to take on errands/appts, prepare meals.
