About Renee

I've been working with kids professionally since 2018, when I was still in my undergraduate program. While working toward my degree, I also provided childcare for date nights, which gave me great hands-on experience. During my graduate studies, I worked as a paraprofessional in an early childhood classroom and later became an infant nanny for about 10 months as I completed my Master's in Early Childhood Special Education. I received my teaching license in May 2023 and officially finished my Master's in December 2024. After that, I continued teaching in an Early Childhood Special Education classroom. Although I'm not currently in a teaching role, I still enjoy providing childcare for friends and family with children ranging from infants to 13 years old. In my spare time, I like to spend as much of it outside as possible. I enjoy going for walks around the lake then taking a swim. Alternatively, I find a lot of comfort in staying in with my cat to read or watch a movie as well.
