About Rency

Hi! My name is Rency, and I'm a dedicated, compassionate caregiver with a strong background in both childcare and adult care. I'm currently a pre-nursing student pursuing my transfer degree online, which gives me the flexibility to commit to a long-term position (12+ months or more). I have experience with children ranging from 4 months to 12 years old, and I truly enjoy creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for every child in my care. I'm very active and love engaging little ones in arts and crafts, outdoor play, games, and other hands-on activities that spark creativity and support development. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and homework assistance as part of my comprehensive childcare services. My caregiving experience extends to working with adults with disabilities and special needs, which has deepened my patience, empathy, and ability to adapt to a variety of individual needs.
