About Reilly

Having Reilly as our nanny for our 1 years old was one of the greatest gifts to our family. From day one she brought such warmth, love, and genuine joy into our home. She took the time to really understand our son especially with some of his physical limitations and delays and she proactively introduced exercises and activities to support his development. Her initiative and intuition always made us feel so confident and cared for! She also came prepared with crafts, sensory play and engaging activities tailored to him. I would often overhear her reading and singing, and it truly sounded like Ms. Rachel was right in our living room! We tested out quite a bit of nannies before finding Reilly and that level of enthusiasm and connection is rare, and it meant so much to us. Reilly also blended into our family so naturally, which was important to find as we were working from home at the time. She is incredibly easy to talk to, receptive to any changes and always open and communicative. We trusted her completely to take him for outings to the library, playground, coffee shops etc. I can't say enough great things about her, we still keep in close contact with her to this day. The only reason our time with her ended was because our doctor strongly recommended transitioning to a daycare setting for developmental reasons otherwise we would still have Reilly with us today. Any family would be unbelievably lucky to have her!!
