About Monica

Caring for and supporting children's growth and development has been my passion for the past 14 years. I have extensive Early Childhood Education coursework, Child Development certifications, and current CPR and First Aid training. I am patient, dependable, and creative, and I enjoy engaging children through educational activities, outdoor play, sports, puzzles, and hands-on learning. I am comfortable maintaining household routines and can assist with meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. As the spouse of an active-duty Navy service member, I do not have family nearby and would need to bring my 2-year-old son with me while working. He has accompanied me in nanny positions since he was 6 months old and is well-behaved, social, adaptable, and comfortable around other children. I understand every family has unique needs and would be happy to discuss whether this arrangement is a good fit.
